Express Shipping with DHL

Standard/Universal Postal Service
- A cost-effective option for domestic and international deliveries.
- Available for all countries in Europe and neighboring countries to Albania.
- Estimated delivery time:
- Domestic (Albania): 24-48 hours.
- Kosovo: 3-4 business days.
- Europe and neighboring countries: 6-7 business days.
- Tracking availability may vary by location.

- Standard Shipping: (3-4 business days) €6.00
Shipping costs for international orders vary depending on the destination and the shipping method you choose. Final rates will be calculated at checkout. For reference, you can also check prices in our [Shipping Rates Guide].
We ship internationally to all countries. For both free and paid deliveries, any customs or taxes are the customer's responsibility. While we aim for timely delivery, international shipping may occasionally experience delays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel or make changes. However, if the product has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email or sms text with a tracking link to follow your delivery progress.
Which courier service do you use?
All our deliveries are handled by DHL and Getcourier.
DHL is our courier for worldwide shippings.
Getcourier is our courier for Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia shippings.
If no one is available, the courier will contact you to arrange a redelivery or hold your package at the nearest depot for collection.
Return and Exchanges
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery as long as it meets the following requirements:
- Original packaging with all tags attached.
- No signs of wash, wear, marks, stains, hairs, or odors (including makeup or spray tans).
- Tags must be intact and undamaged.
- Proof of purchase available.
Returns must be shipped from the same country where the item was purchased.

To return an item, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Ensure the item is in its original condition, with all tags attached.
- Ship the item back to us using the instructions provided by our team. The return shipping cost is your responsibility.
- Your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.
We accept exchanges for items in their original condition, with tags attached, within 14 days of receiving your order. You must ship the item back to us within 14 days of initiating the exchange; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

Returns and exchanges are processed within 2-3 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The return fees for Albania and Kosovo are the same as the shipping fees:
Albania
- Tirana (within city): 2€
- Other cities in Albania: 3€
- Returns cost: 6€ for all cities in Kosovo.
Payment and Refunds
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
Refunds are available for items returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
- Credit Card: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the confirmation email but may take up to 10 days, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Refunds are visible in your account within 24 hours of the confirmation email.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after your return is accepted. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
International orders may incur customs or tax fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
