Standard/Universal Postal Service
- A cost-effective option for domestic and international deliveries.
- Available for all countries in Europe and neighboring countries to Albania.

Since our warehouse is located in Albania, shipping times and costs vary depending on destination:
Albania
- Standard Shipping: (24 - 48 hours) €3.00
Kosovo
- Standard Shipping: (3-4 business days) €6.00
Shipping costs for international orders vary depending on the destination and the shipping method you choose. Final rates will be calculated at checkout. For reference, you can also check prices in our [Shipping Rates Guide].
We ship internationally to all countries. For both free and paid deliveries, any customs or taxes are the customer's responsibility. While we aim for timely delivery, international shipping may occasionally experience delays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel or make changes. However, if the product has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Return and Exchanges
You can return damaged items within 14 days of deliveries to Albania or Kosovo as long as it meets the following requirements:
- Original packaging with all tags attached.
- No signs of wash, wear, marks, stains, hairs, or odors (including makeup or spray tans).
- Tags must be intact and undamaged.
- Proof of purchase available.
Please note: Shipping costs for returns are not covered by LULU. Use a reliable service with tracking.
Returns must be shipped from the same country where the item was purchased.

To return an item, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Ensure the item is in its original condition, with all tags attached.
- Ship the item back to us using the instructions provided by our team. The return shipping cost is your responsibility.
- Your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.

We accept exchanges for items delivered within Albania and Kosovo only, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached. You must initiate the exchange within 14 days of receiving your order and ship the item back within 14 days of that request. Exchanges will not be accepted if these conditions are not met.

Returns and exchanges are processed within 2-3 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse.
Payment and Refunds
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Refunds are available for items returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
- Credit Card: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the confirmation email but may take up to 10 days, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Refunds are visible in your account within 24 hours of the confirmation email.
